What is a PizzaPass Subscription?
A PizzaPass by Wild West Pizza & Grill is a subscription program that is valid for one 12" Cheese Pizza or 12" Pepperoni Pizza , every week, for
6 months(26 weeks) for $129. That’s 26 pizzas, $4.96 each
or one year(52 weeks) for $197. That’s 52 pizzas, $3.79 each

What's the latest I can purchase a PizzaPass Subscription?
You can subscribe to our PizzaPass program until March 09 and it’s valid for
6 months or one year, depending on the plan you choose.
Can I get it delivered?
Yes, delivery is also available for a fee through DoorDash Drive, but pickup is, of course, free.

When and how can I begin using my PizzaPass Subscription?
Wild West Pizza & Grill PizzaPass subscription start date is on Feb. 03, 2025. The activation code will be sent directly to your email weekly, until your PizzaPass expires.
What happens if I don't redeem a pizza one week?
Each code is valid for the specific week it is issued. If you miss a week, the code will not roll over to the following week and we are unable to issue replacement codes, however, you can give your PizzaPass to a friend.
Can I transfer my PizzaPass to someone else?
Of course. Our PizzaPass make GREAT GIFTS!
Can I purchase multiple PizzaPass Subscription?
Of course. PizzaPass are great gifts for birthdays, college students, sports teams and even as a donation to charities. Pizza brings smiles and unites people!
Are there any restrictions?
No restrictions, but once in a while, we may have to pause online ordering for an hour or so, to serve our loyal customers, like you, better and faster. As all pizzas are made fresh to order, we recommend placing orders ahead of time. Please check our website for updates.
What is your refund policy?
Generally, once you've had it for 30 days or redeemed more than 4 pizzas, the subscription is not refundable. If you've redeemed four or less, the cost is prorated at the retail price per pizza of $19.75 each. You can request a refund by using our contact below. All refunds are subject to a 10% subscription platform fee and 3.5% payment processing fee.
